Our Costs Structure:

Prices are based on a monthly Cost Structure.  

• Payroll Service

  • Base $15 Fee

  • $6 per Employee if Mercnomos Pays for Software

  • $2 per Employee if Client Pays for Software

• Taxes & Compliance

  • $45 for Monthly Tax Preparation Services

  • $105 for Quarterly Tax Preparation Services (Billed Monthly at $35)

• Tax Consultations $200 (1-2 Hours per consultation) 

*Please note these meeting are not limited to tax specific issues it also includes liability mitigation, separation of assets, service pricing, financial statement analysis, and general business consultation.  This service is only available to clients of the firm as the value of this service is only justifiable for clients.  Please note new clients receive one meeting for free, but it will not include more advanced topics.

• Bookkeeping & Financial Statement Preparation Services

  • Businesses with < 50 transactions per month $150 (Very Small Business / Startups Only)

  • Businesses with < 100 transactions per month $300 (Approximately 55% of Business Fall in this category)

  • Businesses with > 100 transactions per month $300+ (A consultation will be needed to determine a price)

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

*Please note that these services are specialized in nature and no price estimate can be given.  Under certain circumstances, these services may be rendered free of charge.

• Retirement Optimization Meetings $500 per consultation (2-4 Hours)

*The information provided in this meeting is extremely advanced and thus requires a significant amount of time and planning.  This service is limited to clients who have been with the firm for a minimum of 3 months.
